2026 Updates below
Allocation: 3 Acre feet per share
**Everyone must have a working meter on their system in order to use any irrigation water.**
6/6/2026 - Water is on!
The leaks were isolated and water can now be used. Please check your meters frequently to ensure they aren't clogged. Meter reading will happen every two weeks. Happy watering!
5/26/2026 - Update
The initial email did not reach all users so it was resent Saturday to close valves. Currently the pipe will start fill again to test for pressure leaks with a target of water this weekend. Thank you for your patience over the holiday weekend.
5/14/2026 - PLEASE CLOSE YOUR VALVES
Water is scheduled to start filling the pipe Monday, May 18th, to be turned on Monday, May 25th. Current lake levels are low this year, so allotted water is 20% or 3 acre feet per share. We will be doing meter reading this year so please ensure all meters are working, and check them regularly to make sure they do not get clogged.
4/24/2026 - SPRING MEETING
The 2026 spring meeting is scheduled for Thursday May 14th @7:00pm at the Mancos Conservation building.
10/27/2025 - WATER SHUTOFF DATE JACKSON
The water for those with Jackson shares will be shut off Nov. 1st. All users can use water until then.
8/27/2025 - WATER SHUTOFF DATE
The water will be shut off September 1st. Please remember to open and drain your valves before our first freze. See you next year! If anyone would like to become Bauer Secretary please email Trevor.
5/19/2025 - WATER THIS WEEK
Water is scheduled to be turned on Friday the 23rd. Current lake levels are low this year, so allotted water is 50% or 5.5 acre feet per share. We will be doing meter reading this year so please ensure all meters are working, and check them weekly to make sure they do not get clogged.
